Brothers has created proprietary desserts for many of our customers including but not limited to: El Torito Restaurants, TGI Fridays, Stuart Andersons Black Angus, Holland America and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, United and Delta Airlines.

With proper minimums we can create a variety of custom dessers. This includes special ice cream pies ( 9'' and 10'' mile hights), special truffles, special sorbets, yogurt products, etc.

COPACKING:

Brothers also makes many other novelty products for other companies, know as 'copacking.' Brothers makes a variety of stick bars, round sandwiches, pints, quarts, etc.
